Vote on a proposed moratorium at the Regular Public Meeting - March 9

The Brownhelm Township Board of Trustees will vote on a proposed moratorium at the Regular Public Meeting on March 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The moratorium would apply to the issuance of permits or certificates for new construction or development within the Commercial/Office, Industrial, Woodlands, and Recreational zoning districts.

The meeting will be held at Brownhelm Township Hall, 1940 North Ridge Road, Vermilion, Ohio.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
