Zoning Appeals Public Hearing - Feb. 12

The Brownhelm Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing

on Thursday February 12 at 7:00 P.M., at the Township Office, 1940 North

Ridge Road, Vermilion OH to consider the question as to whether or not to

grant an area variance at 7774 Rice Rd., Amherst, Ohio 44001 to allow the

building of a single-family home on land potentially to be split from parcel 01-

00-042-000-064. Typically, lots in this area require 150 foot of frontage. The

variance would grant the landowner the right to build on the property with

approximately 80 foot of frontage.
