Notice of Public Hearing – Brownhelm Township Zoning Commission


The Brownhelm Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 15, 2026, at 6:30p.m., at 1940 N. Ridge Rd. Vermilion, OH 44089.


This hearing concerns two proposed amendments to the Brownhelm Township Zoning Resolution, initiated by the rezoning applications.


The application from Roger G. Miller requests the rezoning of following properties from PDD to R1.

Parcel 01-00-071-000-028, Rear Land, Amherst, OH 44001; Owner: D & R Miller Land Company LTD

The application from Linda L. Kelley requests the rezoning of following property from Motorist Service to Agricultural Residential.

The two applications proposing the amendments will be available for public examination for at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing, via appointment by contacting brownhelmzoningcommission@gmail.com
