The Brownhelm Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday November 5, 2026 at 7:00 P.M., at the Township Office, 1940 North Ridge Road, Vermilion OH to consider an area variance at 8158 Baumhart Rd., Amherst, Ohio 44001 to allow the creation of a building lot 1.4903 acres in size. The Brownhelm Township Zoning Resolution standard for a building lot in property zoned R1-R2 is 1.5 acres in size.
