The Lorain County Solid Waste Management District will host a Lorain County Agricultural Tire Collection Day on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 9:00AM to 3:00PM at the Lorain County Collection Center, 540 South Abbe Road in Elyria in the south parking lot.
Residents can register by calling (440) 329-5440, and be prepared to provide:
• The number of tires they will be bringing.
• The size of their tires (measuring outside edge to outside edge).
• The address where the tires originated.
• A contact phone number.
• A contact email address.
